REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Welly's Spray Shack. I appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

This policy applied to prints ONLY, original or custom paintings are non-refundable. 

This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund
or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the print and / or frame must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs
of returning the item.

To initiate a refund, please contact me at wellyssprayshack@hotmail.com or via Instagram within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. I will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return the item.

Once I receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

In the case of a defective item, I will replace it at no charge to you, including the cost of shipping.
